Honestly, I thought this item would be like all the other crappy ones out there. But I was wrong :) this product works so well, and provides a deeply relaxing massage! I mostly use it on my neck and shoulder areas, that’s where I carry the most tension. But you can use it on the lower back, legs, arms, etc. highly recommend it!

I love these. bought a few. they really help relieve muscle pain. I had plantar fasciitis in one foot but I could not use foot electrolysis because I have metal plates in my feet.
